Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
This page explains what Ink collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. Questions or requests: message yoketrades on Discord.
What we collect
- Your application: your name, Discord username, email address, roughly what you make from trading per month, what's holding your trading back, the range you're willing to invest in coaching, and confirmation that you're 16 or older.
- Basic anti-spam data: a one-way hashed version of your IP address (we never store the IP itself) and your browser's user-agent, used only to stop repeated or automated submissions.
- Anonymous visit counts: when you open the site we count the visit, whether you started the application, and where you came from (for example a link in our TikTok bio, or the site that linked you). This is stored without cookies, IP addresses or anything that identifies you, and is only used to see which links work.
We don't use advertising trackers or sell your data. Copying a prop firm code or clicking a firm's link takes you to that firm's site, which has its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
To review your application, contact you about the mentorship by Discord message and email, and keep the form free of spam. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Applications are stored in our database hosted by Supabase (EU region) and a summary is posted to a private Discord channel visible only to the Ink team. Only Ink's mentors and admins can read applications. When we reply, emails are sent through our email provider, Resend, and Discord messages through the Ink Discord bot.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you become a member, in which case the members' portal privacy terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your application at any time by messaging yoketrades on Discord. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR) you may also have the right to object, restrict processing, data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
Applications are only accepted from people aged 16 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
